What I do

The human body is an integrated system of systems - what happens in the digestive system can impact the musculoskeletal system, for example.  That means our choices about diet, rest, and movement can impact our health in a wide variety of ways.  Our dietary choices, the amount of rest we get and the time we take to play and enjoy life all have a tremendous impact on our health – they are almost certainly primary to exercise.  

Understanding the relationships between the musculoskeletal system and the glands, organs, posture, and breathing we begin to understand the full picture of who we are as a human body.  Combine that with a powerful and comprehensive collection of assessments and program design techniques and you have the CHEK approach to exercise.

Our exercise programs on the training and teachings of the world-renowned C.H.E.K Insitute, located in San Diego, California. Committed to a holistic approach, C.H.E.K Practitioners are widely recognized as the finest and most highly trained exercise therapists, strength & conditioning specialists, and nutrition and lifestyle coaches in the world!

3-month packages

Choose from one, two, or three one-on-one sessions per week. Sessions can be scheduled from 6 am - 2 pm Monday -Friday.

Each 3-month program includes:

  • Initial Complete Skeletal/Posture Assessment

  • Individualized Program Design

  • Two 6 Week Programs

  • Skeletal/Posture Reassessment @ Week 6-8

  • 5 Hours of Holistic Lifestyle Coaching

Premium At-Home Mobile Service

Choose from one, two, or three one-on-one sessions per week, all from the comfort of your own home! This service is available from 3pm - 7pm Monday - Friday.

Each 3-month program includes:
