All items or services purchased from Holistic Jose are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by Holistic Jose.  Services may be postponed up to 90 days.  A postponement of greater than 90 days will be considered a cancellation. Upon restarting, based on the schedule, new date selection may be limited.
